2021 30DS. The water pump is not engaging, the fresh water tank is full and the switch is on it has a light to indicate it’s on, checked fuse. I don’t hear it on or trying to pump. First time Dry camping, am I missing something?

I have a leak in the water pump compartment. I can’t figure out how to open the cabinet door to access the water pump. There is a hinge on one side. When I grab the other side to force it open it just tries to pull the cabinet frame apart. Any suggestions?

Before I start taking things apart, can someone tell me where to look for the water pump on a 2018 Arctic Wolf 285 DRL4? The switch lites but no water or sound. All breakers and fuses are ok so if I can access the pump I can check if I have power at the pump and work from there. Thanks, Bill
