Would a single house battery cause a low dc on frig when not plugged to shore power, engine running or generator? If second battery is needed, would I wire positive to positive and negative to negative?

Has anyone replaced the Dometic DMR702 refrigerator in a Rockwood 8328ss with a different model refrigerator? Ours has quit and you can't get parts for them anymore. Would prefer to stay with a 2way fridge.

I have a 2021 Arctic Wolf, it has the Cannon 12v refrigerator. Has anyone just replaced it? And what did you use that fit? The freezer stays cold, even makes ice. But the other part worked at home and after driving to the campgrounds it gets up in the 50s. I don't see anything wrong.
