As far as I’ve seen the only place you might get a response from Roadtrek is on the “Roadtreking: The Group” Facebook group and generally the response is to contact Roadtrek directly to get the answer. Sometimes there is a direct response...

That’s probably good advice if Roadtrek is set up to answer customer questions without going through a dealer.

It's true that in a forum such as this one, answers can get misunderstood, applied in the wrong context, given without enough information, etc.

Having the customer contact the factory directly really is the best way to provide the correct answer. Even if it seems a little "old school".

I can't imagine, for example, Honda keeping track of all the Civic forums!

After 5 years, new Supersprings BUMP STOPS
