Roadtrek service places

HI all, this is my first post. I have been looking at purchasing a Roadtrek Mercedes CS Adventure for quite a while. Been concerned about a lot of the posts on Facebook about issues with Roadtrek. I live in Louisville, KY and was wondering if I purchased a Roadtrek, is there a good service place near me. If there is a place nearby that I can have things worked on, this would make me more likely to purchase one. I really like the CS Adventure and think it would be a perfect fit for our lifestyle in a couple of years. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, again. Steve

Go to www.roadtrek.com, click on the Locators tab and put in a city or zipcode and it will display a map of service facilities in the region.

With respect to service, you are dealing with two separate issues. The chassis M & R is handled by a Mercedes Sprinter facility and the rest of the coach is dealt with either by a Roadtrek service center or a third party repair facility. Roadtrek normally requires warranty work be done at one of their repair facilities but on a case by case basis they sometimes authorize warranty repair work at an independent facility.
