We're used to traveling via Harley and now looking into class B's. I think I've at least narrowed our search to chev or ford van versions if we can ever find one close to look at.

Our next act will be to drive 2 to 3 hours to look at various options since B are nonexistent in central MS.

Thanks for allowing us to lurk and read in the mean time.

Welcome. Bring the Harley along. I put 9500 miles on my motorcycle in one trip trailering it all over the northwest as far as BC. I put about 1100 on the Roadtrek.

Curious as to why you ruled out a Dodge. Two of my brothers have 'em and they have given good service. A '93 and a '97. I run a Chevy.
there are a lot of Dodges running around.

BTW, some folks wind up flying to pick up just the right unit. We live in FLA where there are quite a few class Bs around and wound up driving over three hours to get it. And the market was a lot less hot at the time we bought.

Have fun in your hunt.

Thanks for the welcome.

Sold the Harley after having rode for the past 12 years; miss it sometimes, but we have a new chapter in life to write.

We miss the travel and thought we'd like a B so we could move from location to location without setting up for a week long stay. Although we still could with a B.

I'm not opposed to a Dodge but would like something newer in the 2008 to 2010 year range.

The wife has prior experience from 5th wheel camping, but I am new to the RV world, so it is certainly a lot to digest in order to determine which RV is best all around. (not perfect)

I've been looking at PW fords and RT chevy's for now, but I'll look more at the Dodges.
