Where do you install the black hose container under the 2018 Coachman CrossFit 22D van? Johnson RV in Fife WA says it can't be done.

On my 2019 Crossfit 'C' model, it was mounted longitudinally under the rear bumper alongside the trailer hitch, suspended from brackets. In that position it gets smashed up pretty quickly. After replacing mine several times, I moved it to a new location.

In newer models, it's crosswise under the drivers rear fender.

We had the same problem with our 2019 CrossFit.
I mounted it directly to the underside on the left, not perfect but I no longer have the previous ground clearance issue. The down side, the generator exhaust pipe had to be reconfigured, the tube had to be shorter, but not by much.
