Class B Hunting

Hello all, thanks for adding me to this group. We are searching for our first Class B Van and have found what may be a Unicorn. I am struggling to find much if any info on it. It is a 2017 Chinook Countryside CD24FB on a MB Sprinter.
Its in great shape with just a few items that need addressed, nothing major. One of our main reasons for wanting a Class B is to be able to park it in our carport. However, I can't find anything to tell me how tall this unit is and the salesman said he measured it and it's almost 12 feet. I cannot believe that to be true. Our carport is 10' 2" if it sucks its belly in.
If anyone has this same unit and could share some info that would be amazing.
