My1997 Roadtrek has just been winterized for winter in Scarborough Ontario. I discovered a strange rusty spill on the outside of the van from the water heater cabinet. Inside I found a very rusty pipe with a screw top standing alone - until I laid it down wondering what to do with it. Any suggestions? I am wondering why it wasn't reported on the labour bill from Owasco in Bowmanville.
My 1997 Roadtrek required an inspection of the propane tank. In Canada the certification is different than in the US. Ten years is time for inspection and replacement or re-certification. I may have been lucky to have mine certified without replacement. Best to check legal requirements. Feels good to have it in good working condition.
