Welcome as I can see you have put a lot of work into your VAN. I have no idea how much time you have had in an RV and would strongly suggest a 100-mile loop around your city what we refer to as a SHAKEDOWN trip should anything happen close to home and if someone is going with you, stop someplace for lunch and talk about your trip and Upcoming road trip. Having looked at your photos I saw a few things that gave me a bit of concern the GAS OVEN and I saw no protective wall covering on your right side wall to stop any fire, 3 feet high and wide from the center should be well protected and vented. I would like to see the top and how you have fixed your solar panels as it appears you will be GAS all the way. any generator?
