Thanks, I was able to get it resolved. Mine had a cover made out of coroplast which is kind of bendy so I was able to get it off. I was able to use my fiber optic camera to figure out how to adjust the thing. I put a rubber stopper down in there and turned it like a knob.
Just now saw your note. You have to drop the tank to get the regulator cover off, at least I did. I don't know anything about the bumper cover. I assume you got things resolved by now.
