It is only a concept. It is not available in Europe yet.
There is no way I would like that glass top and how the rear of it overhangs in the back.

actually, the VW California is in production, just not that model..in Europe.

Keep dreaming, perhaps we should take VW to court for using “California” name due to USA "IP", just like Yosemite lost some names. It is very not likely for VW to bring their T-6 nor new Crafter and consequently no campers. Our automotive business models must be different than in EU, unfortunately.

I don't understand VW marketing.
So many people want a VW camper; the hippies, the wannabees, the dreamers...

Just look at the Rialta; they have such a loyal following, it is almost like a cult. WGO has stopped making them years ago, they are still in strong demand. Yet VW is totally ignoring this lucrative market.
