Default T1N Sprinter RV backup camera options

What options are available for the older sprinters? What are you folks using?

Default Back up camera

I have a 2006 Adventurous. Search Amazon for 7-Inch Touch Screen Backup Camera Mirror Dash Cam 1080P Front and Rear Dual Lens with Waterproof Rearview Reversing Camera(Free 16GB SD Card). I am very happy with its performance. Mounting is a challenge. I temporarily put it on a bracket hanging above the bed so it looks out back window. Would like to integrate it into the roof stop light. Big display, can leave in standby so it's just a mirror, or dor various combinations of front or rear view. Includes SIM card.

Someone else recently asked this same question and I cannot recall if it's the same forum or the same OP.

We basically put together a self-designed system that includes a rear camera plus two side cameras. When the turn signal is actuated, the corresponding side camera comes on. Otherwise the 9 inch monitor displays as a rear view mirror would.

That system is almost 4 years old now. There might be better options on the market by this time.

Default Rear View Camera

Here is the link to the amazon camera...https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here are pictures of the camera in forward view with rear inset and full rear view. You touch a button and it goes into standby so mirror is like a normal mirror. (It also maintains recording while in standby mode).

Default Wire Tapped for Side Camera?

Can you tell me which turn signal wires you tapped into for the side cameras? Color and location? I see my trailer harness is already tapped into Fuse Block #1 Turn Signals but leveraging that will cause the cameras to flash off and on with the action of the turn signal relay.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Note that this old thread is about T1N Sprinters. Is that your intent?

Just installed a Halo camera in addition to the factory camera on 2007 Pleasureway. Original camera is aimed down to show what is immediately behind. That monitor is under the visor and not convenient to use while actually driving. The Halo is wireless, mounted on the other side of the third brake light on the roof. Monitor looks like a mirror, but when turned on it is the monitor for rear camera and front camera. Records both cameras on mini SD card.
