Small shelf and some new drawer space

See the UPPER photo. Faced with the dilemma of where to put the keys, wallet, cellphone, etc overnight, so that I could find it in the AM, I've added a small 'catchall' shelf under the TV in my RSA. Extra bonus: a place for the morning mug of coffee -- far better than that flimsy built-in cup holder. Oh yeah, also a place for the TV remote control.

See the LOWER photo. On the opposite side, two drawers are hung under the built-in cabinets. Rear edge of the shelf support is tapered to match the angle and depth of the interior van wall, so they don't block the windows. Minwax Gunstock is wayyy closer to RT Cherry. The drawers are held closed with magnetic catches.

Refinished the shelf with Minwax Gunstock, which matches the RT Cherry woodwork very well. Added a drawer and rounded the bottom edges -- I was banging by shins!
