Default Paper towel holder

Finally, got to mount a paper towel holder. After deciding against a cabin shelf placing was easy. Main reason against front shelf was easy ingress and agrees to the living space. Still waiting for the friction spring from McMaster Car folks. https://www.mcmaster.com/3726N359/

Default Snap bracelet

Paper towel roll needed a gadget to prevent paper unrolling with open driver window. Have seen somewhere a good idea using a slap bracelet so I copied it.

If my paper towel holder was in that position and unraveled, I wouldn't fix it. Instead I'd use the loose sheets to conveniently wipe the sweat from my rapidly balding head.

I am in potentially life-threatening situation with still plenty of hair, paper towel can get entangled and with rapid exit I can be scalped.

We have been buying for the van the paper towels that don't unravel. They are slightly sticky. Good idea with the slap stick. Still trying to decide where we will install the holder in our new van.

George, what keeps the roll from flying off when you hit the brakes?

I use the same on a vertical paper towel holder due to lousy horizontal locations. But at home the usual non 'slightly sticky' kind mounted horizontally.

My wife borrowed an idea from a little outdoor restaurant in Maine.
