Default OLD-rear end draging

1987 For Falcon 190 (well used) but everything works, gen, heater, hot water, ac, frig, now led lights, good engine and trans and new tires and brakes. BUT, my rear end was dragging, new springs $$$$$$, so I went to truck air bags outside of my springs, $360.00, install $125.00. I put in an adjustable air pump ($210.00) for when i have MT or full water, black and gray. NOW my old fanny is high and riding level.

The frame & all etc. look good for an '87 - no rust. The van body looks really good too. It must have been well cared for

Did you find any difference in handling with the air bags installed?

Thanks, I'm probably going to go the air bag route as well, sounds like the improved handling is worth the expense.

Why a photo shopped image of the airbag installation? Which air bags did you install? I'm considering a set myself. Do you have control of the air pump from the driver's seat?

Thanks,
- - Mike

Not Photo shopped, I had just placed the air bag where I wanted them to go, welded the upper bracket in placed, lower brackets fit on the spring bolts. Got my air bags from
" AirBagIt.com by weight I needed, pump from same place. put the pump control behind the fridge,, easy !, don't need to change the air pressure on the go.

OK - do you have any photos of the completed instalation? The first photo in your original post is clearly not a completed installation. Did you weld the upper brackets to the van frame?

Thanks,
- - Mike
