If it is indeed just a gelcoat stress crack, once you apply the Capt. Tolley's there's no need for any further repairs. Gel coat stress cracks aren't structural. Gelcoat just protects the fiberglass and is primarily cosmetic. Stress cracks on vertical surfaces aren't a problem at all. They can be more of an issue on flat surfaces where water can pool though. My big moho exterior side walls have a number of gelcoat stress cracks from flexing. Sometimes, it just goes with the territory.

Thanks for the additional information; I'm hoping mine are all - or at least mostly - stress cracks and cosmetic. Will treat those with the Capt. Tolley's and hopefully get the RV in to someone to find out exactly what's going on. Won't be the local RV shop after my experience today with their crappy work replacing lights (and I'm praying the routine generator maintenance fared better). Didn't have a chance to investigate marine repair shops yet.
