Chevy Towing mirrors and model years

98C200V - I’d like to upgrade my van mirrors to a towing style. There isn’t much out there for years prior to 2003. Lots are listed for 2003 through 2016.
I also found Chevy box truck mirrors that say 1997 and newer. My question is, are the mounts the same for all years? Mine are not heated or power, so no wires involved.
