Default Cargo Netting

I guess when I bought my 2015 59g, what I really bought was a 2014 and 7/8s. It didn't come with the net on the underside of the bed. Winnebago wouldn't give me one and the cost was $235. It looks useful, just not $235 useful so a little shopping got me these for $50.

These two small ones fit on the outside bathroom wall. The top three screw holes were already there. I drilled 3 holes for the bottom. I'm thinking they'll hold flip-flops or river shoes and allow them to air dry.

These two medium sized ones fit on the underside of the bed just like Winnebago's. They're held on now with wood screws through the buttons but I will replace the six screws with nuts and bolts, probably T-nuts and sawed off bolts so they don't protrude into the mattress. The bed plywood is kinda hollow.

This is one of the bed nets filled with window coverings and the rear door screen freeing up one drawer.

These nets are available at HomeDepot, but only online. I ordered them and had them shipped to the closest store for free.

VERY cool. And probably more useful than the Winnebago part.

Great Find!

Our 2015 1/2 had some mid-year upgrades but not the net under the bed either.

I would not have thought to search HomeDepot. Could you share the sizes and/or model # of the two sizes you used?

Sure. The small ones are 15"x15", but not really. They run $9.98.

Small Cargo Net

The larger one is 15"x28", but again, not really. They sell for $15.96.

Medium Cargo Net

I also bought the largest one and I was thinking of mounting it on the large panel that is the outside wall of the shower, that area above where the smaller ones are, but I think it's too large. If I mount it high enough so that it doesn't encroach on the sleeping area, it's too high for me to reach into. I'll find a use for it in the garage.
