Default Roadtrek Missing 12vdc

My 95 Roadtrek is missing the 12vdc to the water pump, on have 3vdc. Have the 12v coming from power center, and 12v at the pump wall switch. A red wire 12v from the power center is at the pump switch which changes to a pink wire supplying 12v going out from the wall pump switch. Somewhere, the two wires coming out of the floor at the water pump are green and yellow. Somewhere, there is another connection that takes the 12v pink wire and ties it into one of the leads at the water pump.but I don’t know where the wiring goes to follow the 12v from the pump wall switch. Where should I look?

Did you measure 3v between the green and yellow wires? Does that measure 0V with the switch off?

Which is positive & which is ground? (green or yellow)

You could check the ground wire for continuity with the van body & also check voltage between the positive wire and an alternate ground.

When measuring voltage at the pump, you did not say if you measured with the wires still connected to the pump....if so, disconnection may give a different value.

Given the age of the van, and the difficulty of locating the wiring within the van's body, I would install a new switch somewhere near the pump, with a fused circuit from the house 12V.
