Default 2020 Travato AC unit

I live in the southwest and when the outside heat reaches 100+ degrees, my roof AC will not operate. Any one have such an issue. This is the newer AC that is quiet, so quiet it doesn't always work.

I think that is what I have but I have no knobs- all Bluetooth. I keep mine on high cool. If I put it on high auto cool it tends to shut off and takes too long to come back on. Wish the A/C controls were in reach of the driver!

Are you guys members of the Travato Owners and Wannabees on Facebook? If you were you'd know there's a fix for the shutting off when hot issue. It involves getting hold of Coleman for some parts and installing them.
It affects the early NDQ Bluetooth models like you are referencing. You'll have to look up the issue and fix when you get into the group
