2018 Roadtrek Adventurous CS Kitchen Inverter

Ok folks looking for some help! And I am new to RVs and this forum.

Issue: Kitchen or Second Inverter is always on when main inverter is on. There is NO switch on the inverter and the wall switch has no effect. Is the wall switch bad? Asked Roadtrek and they sent me manual for a inverter with a "switch" (again NO switch). I don't have the manual for the kitchen or even the main inverter.

ALSO WATER FILTER LEAKS ONTO INVERTER; WAY TO GO ROADTREK FOR PUTTING A ELECTRONIC DEVICE AT THE BOTTOM OF A CABINET BELOW A SINK, INSTANT WATER HEATER AND FILTER.

Hi Dave Welcome to the Forums


most RV's have a GFCI outlet by the sink in the head- this often controls other power outlets ( on my pleasure way, the galley and outside outlets) check that this isn;t tripped- reset it.


this common fault has been responsible a number of times for owners thinking the worst has occurred



with electrical problems once the power supply is known to be good
( in this case power to your inverter), and all breakers are good, it is tracing power from outlets backwards to find the fault


I have old tech ( with propane!) and no inverter is required with my stuff
