Default 2017 Roadtrek Agile Help...

Hi,
Wondering if anyone has found a way to secure the TV in place? Tends to swing out when driving...

Any other suggestions or tips/tricks for newbies before we make our first trip out?

Thanks!

My tv mount (certainly different than yours) has no "latch" to hold it in place. Instead, it has screws a the hinge pivot points that can be tightened down to add resistance from movement when traveling. Maybe yours has a way to tighten it up too.

Have you checked that it's securely in the mount? Our 2014 has a knob that attaches the swing arm that you can adjust in case you can't get it in there. Make sure it is tight enough the the know is perpendicular to the arm. Good luck.

Yes. The knob (a big wing bolt, actually) should secure the arm. If the knob is in the vertical position and still loose, tighten it another half-turn or full turn until it is quite snug. Ours (2015 Agile) works well.

In our Agile we use the securing wing nut as mentioned. Also, we push it into the corner against the closed window shade and that tends to hold it tightly. Before driving we double-check and push it into the corner and it has held for 4 years nows.
