Default Adding an auxiliary heater

My cargo conversion does not have the aux heater under the passenger seat. Considering adding one there, or possibly under the bed in front of the wheel well.

I have a pdf version of the service manual, but didn't find any diagrams on just where the aux heater taps into the coolant flow. I'm assuming it T's in somewhere with custom hoses, and I could theoretically tap in anywhere, but would like to have an idea of how the factory setup hooks in just to get in my mind.

May even add a heat exchanger to heat water for a shower while I'm at it.
