It’s the same house building wall insulation. You can find it at any Home Depot or Lowe’s etc. I can’t remember why we chose R13 over a higher one, but it works really well because it’s layed out floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall. And any little nooks and crannies that were exposed got a handful of it stuffed in.
