Looking for doghouse center console/cup holder for 91 Econoline

I just have the stupid bin/ashtray on my 91 Econoline 250 and would like a few cup holders besides the plastic one I have on the floor from Walmart. I have seen pics of cool ones made of wood that attached to the dog house, but can't seem to find any for sale. I will make one of I can't find one for sale. Thought you guys might know where to find these for older vans.
