Leisure wide body sewer hose

My sewer hose that connects inside the large tube was pulled out too far and come out kind of shredded. Is it a tough job to attach another sewer hose in there. I felt so lucky that most of the time I can come close enough to the dump hole to just pull it out a big and then put the end on and all goes well
