Ming's Mark chairs
We use these chairs. Fast setup/teardown, and very lightweight with their aluminum frames. We actually picked ours up at the campground store at Disney World.

Space is always at a premium, so after a series of poor choices with off-brands and knock-offs, we eventually opted for a pair of Helionox Sunset chairs that featured a higher back portion compared to the typical bucket chair ( https://helinox.com/collections/sunset-chair). We also found the Swivel Bucket model to be equally comfortable because the swivel adds an inch or so of height to the seat bottom ( https://helinox.com/collections/speciality-chairs). These chairs aren't cheap, but they are truly manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum as opposed to the softer tubing from which most of the others are constructed. These chairs aren't cheap, but if you're patient and can tolerate "unusual" colors schemes, you can find them for as little as half of normal retail.

If you don't mind something rather retro, I'd recommend something from this place: www.lawnchairusa.com. They are aluminum, so lightweight and rustproof. We have a couple and they are sturdy and well built. They are more expensive than a lot of lawn chairs but many of those are steel, neither light nor rust proof.

We ended up with a pair of the Helinox Sunset chairs. They pack really small, but are a bit clumsy to set up and are not as comfortable as a regular old lawn chair. But they are about as big as we can carry in the space that we have.
I see that they are cheaper now than what they were a few years ago.

Check out “Crespo” extremely light, very compact when folded and very comfortable. They make chairs weight rated 110kg and 140kg in two widths . I don’t know if they make a lounger attachment. We use small folding stools to make loungers. You have to decide whether to have four little peg legs or cross bars legs front back. The four peg legs are easier to stabilize on uneven ground. I have only seen them for sale in Germany (about €85 ) but I believe you can buy them on Amazon if you can’t find them locally.

Thank you all for posting, I learned more from this thread than from google searches. I narrowed down to a Cresp like chair, aluminum, high quality, reclining, >16” seat height, with footrest for my wife. Cresp fits my objectives but they don’t have distributors in NA nor in UK. They can be purchased via Amazon.com but shipping is >$300 for 2 chairs.

Folding chair
We purchased a pair of ‘Pico’ folding chairs. They are director style, they fold up pretty small. They fit nice under the bed in our RT 210. So far I would say they seem to be well made and come with a carrying case. When the chair is in use the bad is used for storage pockets, has a carry strap also.
They are not the cheapest chair out there. I think we got the from Amazon.ca.
Good luck, tough to find a chair that meets both storage and comfort. All very subjective.

I'm no light weight and these are comfortable and sturdy. And forget any type of "butt bucket" chair. They have to be the most uncomfortable chair I've ever tried. Now, if you're 22 years old, maybe.

Your link doesn't show the chairs anymore. I have those same chairs. They are, I agree, the most comfortable chairs. I tried to find a photo but I found only the back of the chair but it is a photo most appropriate. This is where I park for the Indy 500 Race every year at the Speedway HS. Alas! I was suppose to be there today but Covid-19 canceled the race.

I agree with the Helinox Sunset Chair recommendation. I love this chair because it has a high back which makes it quite comfortable plus it packs up very small. Perfect for my limited storage.

(Last year I bought a very similar chair at Costco for about 1/3 the price so keep a look out.)

i just popped for this chair yesterday for $43. It does have some sort of foam armrest, not something solid. It looks like it will fit on my motorcycle just fine.

I can give another thumbs up for the Helinox Sunset chair. It sits a little lower than the Coleman patio sling chairs we are currently using, but was very comfortable when my grandson loaned me his. It weighs only 3 lbs and folds to fit in a 18.5" x 5.5" case.
If you can use chairs with 225 lb weight capacity and don't mind one 44.3" long when folded our Coleman chairs are very comfortable and super quick to fold and unfold. They are aluminum and weigh 7.5 lbs.

Inexpensive Zero Gravity Chair; not easy to store; mine go on the bike rack. Still, THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR EVER ! I can lay back in this chair and enjoy the stars or warm in the sun; either way I have to be careful NOT to fall asleep-it is that relaxing!

No problem with carrying zero-gravity chairs. We store two inside the van with space between our headboards of our articulating beds and the back doors. We alternately depending on the trips carry folding director chairs there. Our next short 144 WB van will be designed the same way to carry the chairs along with two folding bicycles. I don't like storage boxes or any chairs or bicycles on the outside of the van.

I enjoyed the www.lawnchairusa.com video link. Maybe our next lawn chairs will be some of those old-school aluminum/nylon webbing-style chairs.

Thank you all for information. Getting closer, one option is to duplicate Dave’s storage behind the sofa/bed. I can hang them from the aluminum crossbar above.
Alps Camping Chair
https://www.alpsbrands.com/alpsmount...ure/camp-chair
Positives:
Chair has good rating
Very robust, 10 years on the market
My often-used Fresnel lenses would still be usable
They are reasonably comfortable based on a lot of reviews
High back
High back removable for storage for reduced size
Main frame, flat tubing is made from aluminum
Negatives:
Heavy - > 10 lbs.
Frame connecting braces and seat tubes are steel – corrosion
Hanging on the outside rear ladder questionable due to corrosion
Other chairs which would also fit in this storage places are Zip Dee foldaway chairs. Fold-Away Chairs
Positives:
Chrome plated steel frame
Chair has good reviews
Very robust, >30 years on the market
My often-used Fresnel lenses would still be usable
They are reasonably comfortable based on a lot of reviews
High back
Can be hanged on the ladder if I need inside space, no corrosion
Negatives:
Higher price but still reasonable.
Bigger losses if stolen

I've got enough discarded camping chairs to have an outdoor party at my house. I'm always looking for the next one.
For now I pretty much settled on that Costco MacCabbee chair which I think I contributed to Cabela's or REI in my prior post and my with the folding Rocker with the pistons. The one thing I don't like about Costco is consistency. They seem to get products in both hardlines and food and when they go, they go, and never to be seen again.
