Why is water coming out my hose fill for city hook up?

Sinced i have unwinterized my rialta.. When I turn my pump on to use the water from the fresh water tank it starts pumping it out the city hose hook up.. Is this normal?? never had it do it before.. Thanks for any advise..

There's a spring loaded plunger in the center of the water fill that sometimes gets tilted and doesn't close properly. You may be able to wiggle it with your finger and get it to seat. You could also try applying air or water pressure for a couple of seconds. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to replace it.
