Default wheels will not come off'



New Rialta owner, a 2002, wanted to check rear brakes before hitting the road, removed 5 lug bolts from each wheel, wheel will not move at all, glad i did not have a flat while traveling; what is the problem?Jerry

Maybe the wheels have rusted onto the hub? Are they the 16" chrome alloys?

Jerry ,



put some loose nut fluid where the wheel meets the hub ....wait !


put a nut back on stud ( not tight )



then take a piece of 2 x 4 about 3 feet long or a sledge hammer , whack on the tire : garanteed results



when wheel off, snad the hub and wheel center hole ......RUST !!!
