Transmission strong vibration

While idling-transmission has very strong vibration and roar if in PARK or NEUTRAL but noise and shaking disappear when driving., From the RIALTAHEAVEN website I tried their procedure called: SETTING THE ADAPTIVE TRANSMISSION SEQUENCE - but no appreciable difference noticed.


This vehicle has been in storage for 10 years. Is there a way to verify theamount of transmission oil, since there does not appear to be a dipstick ?


Since the transmission is lacking an auxilliary cooler I am planning to drive 250 miles home and taking it very easy on grades.


Any advice woud be appreciated.
