Default Tires......once again

Thanks for everyone's help & advice so far. My new-2-me '97 RD/QD needs new tires as the ones on it now, even though very good tread, are very old & I'm afraid of dry rot. Discount Tires, NTB, and other places are telling me that the 215/70R15 8-ply or better are no longer being made. And the few places I'm finding online cannot guarantee that they're recently manufactured, but rather "new-old-stock". HELP!!!!

Also, I've been getting differing advice. Some are saying to get the 215's for the wheels as well, even though they currently have 195's and the placard says 195. When I mention this, I'm also told I'd have trouble making sharp turns with the wider tires.

I have NO IDEA what these numbers mean, just trying to follow the "experts". Thanks so much in advance.

I have 215's all around and they fit in the front just fine. Yes it is a bit snug but they don't rub. I got mine from Tire Rack. You want to be certain that they are rated for the Rialta load classification.
