Default Starter

Just installed a new starter on our 2005 Rialta. Dropping the skid plate , moving wires out of the way & removing the radiator overflow was not bad. The hardest thing was removing the top stud that holds the starter in. Installing it back was easy, started the bottom stud then the top fell into place. Had to order the starter from VW, no auto parts had any. Pulled it Monday & ordered it, picked it up Wed. morning & installed it complete job 1/2 hr. Not bad. The price with core rtn. $245.00. It's high but you have to do what you have to do. Leaving for Cape Cod Tues. morning
