Default seat belt repair


I broke a rear seat belt receiver. If i unbolt the seatbelt will the nut fall off on the other side, or is it welded in place? I can see the head of the bolt inside the coach, but the nut is hidden up underneath the wheelwell.

The nut is welded on the underside.
