Default Rialta Heaven in Yucaipa, CA

I am in the market for a Rialta and wonder if anyone has any experience with a dealer known as "Rialta Heaven" in Yucaipa, CA. Do they really do a good job fixing these rigs up? Is their work dependable, and do they stand behind their used vehicles? I'd very much like to hear from anyone who has purchased from them or had other experience with this firm. Thank you.

Default Rialta Heaven in Yucaipa, CA

Hi,

I purchased a 2002 Rialta QD from Rialta Heaven in October this year. Rialta Heaven is a small, family run business that only does restoration and resale on Rialta and VW Eurovan Campers. They were very straight forward as to what they do to recondition a unit and will provide you with a written report of repairs made. They will also give you a history of the Rialta you are interested in.

They do not deal in salvage or units that were in an accident, other than minor fender benders. And will give you a clear title. Rialta Heaven has good online reviews and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They give you a 3-month/3000 mile service warranty on your purchase, and offer extended service warranties for reasonable prices. The service warranties are from AL so you can bring your Rialta to a repair shop of your choice.

I felt comfortable enough with their process that I purchased my Rialta from them sight unseen until I picked it up in Yucaipa. It looked darn near brand new. Everything worked as it should and they will give you a complete orientation on everything in/on your Rialta.

After I picked up mine, I drove it back to Colorado Springs, CO; absolutely no problems, everything worked fine. I then immediately loaded it up for an b-day trip to the Grand Canyon and Poenix, AZ. I have put over 3000 miles on it so far and I am amazed at how well it handles, you truly can park it on a normal car space.

Bottom line, Rialta Heaven sells a good product, are very knowledgeable of the Rialtas, and stand behind their product. They are a bit pricey, but with the reconditioning they do, I believe the peace of mind is worth it.

I want to pipe in here as I purchased a 2001 RV from them and picked it up under 2 weeks ago.

I'm having multiple issues with minor things that should not be a problem like broken parts, holes in engine hoses and as of today at least 2 leaks in the skylight.

So far they have offered to mail me parts (one was an optional external cooler that I don't recall being told about). When I told them about the rear lock being broken within the first week I was told to shimmy the key (it's actually really broken) and there was no offer to pay to have it replaced.

When I told them about the hoses that had holes in them the response was "huh, that's weird".

I'm waiting to see how they are going to deal with the skylight/water damage.

So Rialta Heaven paid to have the 3 cracks in the skylight sealed. I'll have to have it replaced and haven't had rain yet to see what is what but it reassured me that they offered that.
The mechanic that looked at it in NM (who I loved - shout out to Jim at F.A.S.T.) said he thought I'd gotten a good price and that everything else looked like it was running well.
