Default Rear shelf fell down

As I was starting out on a trip the rear shelf fell down on the passenger side. It looks like the wood or laminate is warped and cracked. Made a temporary fix for the trip but need to make a permanent fix when I get back. Anyone else have this happen?

This is a know problem and most members have repaired by reattaching to side wall or made brackets.

That's a great idea. Might try that when I get some time.

Have same shelf problem. Cannot load jpg's posted. Trying to find out how to remove speaker box to get access to the rt rear shelf bracket. Can explain or renew jpg's?
