Maximum Towing Capacity

Today, I was advised by Gary Kobriger Service Advisor with Winnebago Industries that the posted tow limits for the 2001 Winnebago Rialta 22QD is 2000lbs draw with 100lbs max vertical tongue weight. As a result, I wanted to share this information with all of you.

I am excited to buy a new to me Rialta by the end of this year. I am concerned over the 2000 lb. tow capacity. I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler with a base curb weight of 3105 lbs. and was wondering if there is any way to tow the Jeep with the Rialta? Any information of sugestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks.....this means I can not "load" my scooter on a carrier....yes?

I was wondering if you could beef up the hitch somehow to carry a 200 pound load?
