Has anyone installed a 2" receiver on the FRONT of a Rialta?

I have a 2" rear hitch receiver on the rear that I expect to use with my carrier rack or possibly to tow a small trailer.



I would love to add a 2" hitch receiver in the FRONT to attach a bicycle rack.



Has anyone done this? Please post some pics if you have.

The previous owner of my 95' model had one installed on the front bumper. It appears he just drilled four mounting holes in it. (It was not on it when I purchased the vehicle) I understand they sell special bumper mounted reciever hitches.
