Default Generator Swap out from Generac to Onan?

Does anyone know what is involved in switching from a Generac generator to an Onan Microlite? What kits or modifications have to be done?

I just put in a used Generac NP-30g in my 1999 HD when the old one quit and I couldn't get it repaired. I was lucky to find one on eBay with only 70 hrs on it that came from a wrecked Rialta. It works like a charm, but down the road, I would prefer to put in the Onan as Winnebago did in the later years of Rialta.

Also, what wiring modification need to be done? Thanks!

Paul,

There is a very active Rialta tech group at Yahoo Groups. You can probably find answers to all your questions there (you may already be a member). There are probably 10-20 active posts per day and some very knowledgeable folks ready to help you out.
