This was the first time out of the gate with the "new Rialta" and our site was literally right on the beach with a million dollar view. This RV park was really the prefect place to be. Now we did have a few surprises but lived to tell the story.

Always check the filter on the shower pump before you leave the gate. It won't make any difference how perfectly you hang the shower curtain and velcro the openings shut when you see the water is rising rapidly.
Saftety valve check--hot water tank...don't just think you fixed the little leak...replace the "garl darn" valve. Grey water cut off valve...a little drip...new one on the way.
Everything else worked just fine and we got 18 mpg.
There was no easy fix for the guy who came up from Misssissipi to celebrate Mardi Gras and came up over the dunes with those hunting lights glaring and for a few minutes we thought we were sitting ducks. They have just completed a 4.2 million dollar dune replishment project. Trust us the Galveston PD were all over them. I don't think they will be backs soon with their Jeep in the impound lot!
