Coach Cupboard doors won't stay open

2001 QD with 26,000 miles. Wife wants the cupboard doors to remain open (up) while she's storing or removing groceries and linens. Don't know if they were ever built to remain open (the hinges 'might' have been built to do this but have worn out).



Have purchased hold-open spring-loaded appliances from woodworking shop. Before I begin boring holes and gluing screw blocks to the cupboards, want to ask if anyone has experience with the hinges and whether there's a replacement hinge that will hold the cupboard doors up. Haven't seen anything like them in the WINNEBAGO Catalogue or local RV mega store.
