My Alde will not heat water using electric power. Using gas it works fine. Alde says it can not be fixed and suggest I get a 3020. Has anyone else had this problem?

Highlighting your model, I found some solutions to your problem. Try searching for solutions to fix your board, if it is broken. They mention a soldered fuse on the board that is blown.

Also check the electric heating element to make sure it is not broken. If broken, no electracy will pass thru and not heat up.
