AC not running off generator

Just got our 2003 QD back from the upholstery shop. But now the roof AC in the back will not start off the generator. The plug is definitely plugged in and the gen is running perfectly. The AC will run when I plug the shore line into a receptacle in my garage. I have disconnected the coach batts to see if a fuse reset will work. No dice. I have also manually turned off and on all of the 110-volt fuses.


Any clues ?

Ihave the same issue. I'm a newbi too so haven't developed full expertise on this unit yet. I can run the AC while on shore power but nothing happens when I have the gernerator running. Anyone have any idea what could cause this? Is there a transfer switch or circuit breaker involved?

There is a switch in the generator box that may have been tripped. It is just like the regular switch in your house. Try flipping it several times. The generator will run but will not be connected to the plugin for power.
