We have decided to lower the price to $22,000 or reasonable offer.
With the transmission rebuild, new tires and brakes it is a fair price.
Pass the word on to friends that have shown interest.

Well Don, you had a self answering thread here, except for me now checking in. Ethyl wants a VW camper again because she misses the 1974 VW Campmobile we bought new. We loved it. I found a Rialto I might check out. It's about 250 miles from me...
