1999 Rialta Add a toilet??!!

Is it possible to add a toilet to a 1999 Rialta that came without one?

You can add a toilet but will have to do a lot of plumbing. 1) make a closet to fit the toilet in, 2) plumbing with a black holding tank, 3) water lines to the toilet, and 4) storage for the dump line. Or you could just use a porta-potty.
