Impressive.

I thought I was pushing it at 55 but these guys in different league.
So let me ask this:
What foods are you preparing in your class Bs?
Protein sources?
Thank you
Some examples of what we bring are:
For protein and fat: Lots of dried beans, lentils, quinoa, nuts, and lots homemade snacks from all of the above;
For omega 3: Kerson canned sardines from Costco (and they are good tasting). Often mix a can with raw vegetables and salad dressing, or just by itself with lemon juice);
For carbs: sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic.

Along the way we buy fresh protein/fat, e.g. chicken, steak, etc.
One obvious advantage of the dried food is its light weight.
