Hi-
We have a 2018 Winnebago ERA 70M. The sliding door has two small windows at the bottom that crank open. I guess I'd call them awning windows. They are apparently made by SE-GI. One of them was not closing all the way, apparently due to stripped gears in the torque unit. I ordered a new torque unit, but now that I have it, I can't figure out how to get the old one out. I watched this video:
Which claims you just bend the heck out of the square rod that goes thru the torque unit. I've tried putting a fair amount of force on it, but it does not come out. I've removed all 6 screws pointed out in the video. At this point, I'm hoping someone else has done this repair before and can offer further wisdom.
Thanks
