Windshield Washer Tube Question

My windshield washer tube that comes from the washer reservoir has been detached and not supplying water to the windshield wipers, the water just comes out of the tube into the engine area.

I am unable to see where I am able to connect the tube to the windshield tube, has anyone had a similar problem? Any help as to where I connect the tube would be greatly appreciated. Picture would help.
