Default Windshield Privacy Curtain Track?

2004 RT 200P, one of the rivets that holds the windshield privacy curtain track has come loose from the head liner, is there a fix to secure the track?

Thanks

Johnnie

Pop rivet or flat head sheet metal screw. ACE hardware has them. Sheet metal screw doesn’t require a rivet gun but they don’t cost much.

I have tried pop rivits with limited success. I have had success using toggle bolts with spirng out wings. I used #6 screws about 3 inches long. You my have to manuever the bolt in order to make the wings spring out but when they do you get a secure fixment when you tighten the screw.

You can actually find pop rivets with "wings"as well... They work quite well, but they extend a bit deeper than simpler rivets.

After Action Report
As BigFatGuy reported, i got on the interweb and found:

Small Head 3/16 Exploding Rivets Mill Finish 50 Count WMS Racing Products.

The rivets were a little larger then the original rivets so I use a small rat tail file and made the whole a little bigger.

They worked great. I have included a picture of the rivets.
