Where to find a class B in nw IN?

Does anyone know of any class Bs for sale in the NW Indiana area?

I am looking for a van type, gas model, between the years 1996-2000.

It must be a van with shower, flush toilet, fridge, sink, holding tanks, and bed.

It must be clean and in good shape, low mileage, no smells, stains, tears, leaks, or rust.

Must have a large fresh water tank, close to 30 gallons.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
