Where to camp in Alaska

I am looking for suggestions on good RV parks in Fairbanks and Anchorage. I will want to stay in each location for approximately 3 nights and would like 30A E, W and a dump station as well as Wi-Fi and TV. I can live without Wi-Fi and TV but since I will be in one location for 3 days it would be nice.

I will also be in Homer and Valdez for 2 nights each and can probably find a place but if you have any suggestions there also, I'm all ears.

So much of what I find on the net is outdated.

We stayed in these in 2014, not a lot of choices if you want to stay within the city and these were both good...

We also stayed at Fairbanks RV Park and Golden Nugget. In Homer we stayed at Oceanview and Bear Paw in Valdez. We spent close to 3 months in AK in 2010. I have read some bad reviews about Oceanview but we had a very good experience. You never know. We were hardly ever at any of the campsites as we were out touring and sightseeing.
